fix(bluebubbles): add missing integration points and documentation (#6460)

- website/sidebars.ts: sidebar navigation entry
- 10 docs pages: add BlueBubbles to all platform enumerations
  (env vars, toolsets, cron delivery, gateway internals, etc.)
