fix(skills): move unified hermes-agent skill into autonomous-ai-agents category

The unified skill from PR #4332 was placed at a top-level skills/hermes-agent/ directory, creating a redundant standalone category. Move it to skills/autonomous-ai-agents/hermes-agent/ alongside claude-code, codex, and opencode where it belongs.
