- Rename skill to touchdesigner-mcp (matches blender-mcp convention)
- Move from skills/creative/ to optional-skills/creative/
- Fix duplicate pitfall numbering (#3 appeared twice)
- Update SKILL.md cross-references for renumbered pitfalls
- Update setup.sh path for new directory location
